Crime in Hayley Green and Cradley South, Dudley

We have put in place a dedicated patrol plan for the area to ensure that we have officers in the area at the right time of day. We have issued several Anti social behaviour warning notices and Section 59 notices in relation to off road bikes. As part of a longer-term solution we are also working with the Dudley Council to combat anti-social behaviour. We are also conducting Off Road Bike Operations through the summer period when the activity increases

We are continuing to work alongside our partners and local business around Halesowen to deter shoplifting offences. This includes close partnership work with security staff and shop workers, targeted patrols by our local officers and crime reduction advice and support.

The team are conducting regular patrols around the area to identify those who are using the escooters on the roads, to date we have recovered 4 Escooters from local youths.We have Off Road Bike Operations organised throughout the summer period when the activity increases.

In response to concerns raised by local residents, our officers are actively conducting speed camera operations across Halesowen. We are increasing the number of checks to help keep our roads safe and reduce speeding in key areas.
